Good session. Blasting to and fro. Plenty of gybes and waterstarts! Even Sarah managed a couple of waterstarts, which she was quite pleased about.

A bit gusty though - not a comfortable sail.

Saw Rob, Mike and Ian - they had been there all afternoon and wondered why they were finding it tricky!!

We sailed until the sun set and it suddenly got a lot cooler.
